Why have a Birth Photographer?
The first moments are timeless and fleeting...My goal is to capture those moments when you and your partner first get to see and know your baby...the first time mother meets baby, latching on, the proud partner, and the new family. The joy of discovery and the pride of accomplishment are all unique moments I strive to capture with tastefully framed photographs.
I will be present for your delivery at Shady Grove Medical Center, Holy Cross Germantown or Holy Cross Silver Spring Hospital. I will need to speak with you prior to delivery to understand what kinds of photographs you are hoping to have and also what kinds of photographs you may not wish to have taken. I value your privacy, modesty and confidentially.
If you have a scheduled cesarean delivery, my presence in the operating room will depend on the physicians caring for you and hospital policy.
Newborn Photographs
These are typically scheduled between 5-14 days of life. I am very pleased to announce that I am now working with Sweet Me Photography which is an in-home newborn photography service. Sweet Me Photography specializes in capturing the gorgeous portraits of the baby's very first days. I will bring the entire studio set up to your home, complete with props and outfits. Please check us out at www.sweetmephotography.com, submit an inquiry form and ask for me in your comments so I can photograph your session. Make sure you book your session as early as possible!

I enjoy photography! I especially enjoy delivery rooms and newborns. I am well acquainted with middle-of-the-night deliveries. Currently, I am offering Delivery room sessions, Newborn sessions and Mother-Baby portrait sessions.
The newborn sessions can be scheduled by contacting Sweet Me Photography (www.sweetmephotography.com) ,submitting an inquiry and asking for me in your comments.
Sessions at Sweet Me are sometimes booked months in advance so please schedule as early as possible.
Your baby's arrival can be captured in a beautiful album or photo collection. He or she will be this tiny for such a short time. Let me help you sve the moments!
